How much does it cost?

Every booking is quoted individually, based on the services you need, how many people are getting ready and where. Send an enquiry and you'll receive our rate card and a tailored quote within 24 hours.

How do I secure my booking?

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due three days before your event and must reflect before we arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice are charged in full.

Do you travel?

Yes. We come to your home, hotel or venue across Cape Town, and travel to the Winelands and wider Western Cape. Venues outside Cape Town carry a call-out fee, shown clearly on your quote.

Do you offer trials?

Bridal packages include a trial before the wedding, so you can try your look and refine it together.

I have sensitive skin or allergies. Can you work with that?

Yes. Mention it in your enquiry and products are chosen with your skin in mind. Anything you react to is left out.

Can you start early?

Wedding mornings often begin early. Share your ready-by time and we'll plan the schedule around it.

I live overseas. Can I still book?

Of course. Enquire from anywhere and we'll reply within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp. Your trial can be scheduled for the days after you arrive. All quotes are in South African rand.
